Did you know that a person’s living space generally reflects their internal state of mind? So when our homes, bedrooms, cars, and work spaces are littered with clutter , dirt, and disorganization, negative energy is generated … which often represents how we’ve been feeling. The more time we spend in these messy environments, the more negative we feel.

On the other hand, when you are in a neat, clean, warm, bright and spacious room, you feel safe and comfortable. Therefore, the first powerful way that you can eliminate negative energy from your life is to improve your spaces well. Start by getting rid of all the clutter and trash that may be out there. Throw away anything that is worn, never used, or just doesn’t make you feel good.

Clean all dirt and dust.  Open your windows and doors so air can flow freely through them. This will allow any negative energy to be carried away and fresh, clean air to enter. Allow as much sunlight as possible in your home! This fills the room with high-energy vibrations that make you feel happy and energetic. Finally, to give your living spaces a fresh look, free up space by moving the furniture. Add any colors, photos, plants, and art that make you feel happy and at ease. It sounds simple, but creating a more positive environment can have a dramatic and positive impact on your mood !

Spend time with people who make you feel good

Like you, all the people in your life have their own ‘energy fields’ that you can automatically feel when you are around them. If you want to free your life of negative energy, it is essential to spend your time with positive people and avoid those who bring you down. If someone always makes you feel bad about yourself, it’s probably not worth your time or energy .

Instead, spend your time with happy, vibrant people who cheer you up and make you feel good about yourself. People you can laugh with, play with and share with. It’s important to allow yourself to keep smiling during life’s darkest periods and pitfalls . With laughter, feelings like stress, sadness, and frustration will flow smoothly from you. The best way to see the bright side of a bad situation is to surround yourself with positive people who make you feel good! The more you surround yourself with these happy, warm and vibrant people, the more your life will be enriched with happiness.

Accept and let go of negative emotions

Negative energy feeds off negative emotions. The thing is, it’s normal and good to feel sad , angry, or frustrated sometimes . But the problem is when you don’t deal with these negative emotions and they start to ooze … making you feel depressed for extended periods of time. For example, if you always think badly about your job, chances are you feel miserable every day at work. And your motivation, satisfaction, and work relationships will suffer as a result. To prevent this from happening, it is very important that you allow yourself to FEEL these emotions rather than trying to block them.
