Being happy with the life you lead is the ideal but this does not always happen in the way that we all would like. Unfortunately, there are many people who begin to hate their life because it is not what they had imagined it would be. They forget the precious gift of being healthy or breathing every morning and that when the sun rises over the horizon, it means new opportunities to improve and enjoy life.

People tend to cling to the past out of fear of change, out of fear of uncertainty, because they are not in control of what will happen in the future. People refuse to change the things they hate because they are afraid to do so, although doing so would certainly be much better for them. Does it happen to you too?

Once you let go of your fears, you will realize that whatever happens, you will be fine and you will be able to create a better and happier life for yourself. If in the morning you wake up with dark feelings and you are not able to lift your head because you feel that everything is wrong with you and with your life, then do not miss these tips . If you really want to feel better, do a bit of your part and then the wise men will be coming.

Make a list of the things you hate in your life

Make a list of the things you hate in your life. You will have to be specific. Don’t say “I hate my job,” but list the things you hate, like your hours, salary, or your officemates. Do the same with other areas of your life. Don’t just look outside of your life. If you hate your body, your lack of self – esteem, or the way you act around others, put that on your list as well. Write everything you hate, don’t leave anything behind … let it go out of your mind and put it on paper to become aware.

Make a list of positive things you can do to change

Make a list of positive things you can do to change. For example, you can request a raise, start looking for a new job, or work in a better relationship with your officemates. If you’re feeling stressed out about this, start with smaller steps, like listing the positives about the things you hate. You may hate your job, but you also have a guaranteed end-of-month salary and summer vacation or health insurance.

Leave the past alone

Let the past not bother you.  You may not be able to forgive your parents, your ex, or the friend who hurt you, but you also don’t have to let pain rule your life. It is very important to accept that certain things cannot be changed. Instead, you better focus on the present and what you can do now to improve your life.

Have positive people close to you

It is ideal that you are surrounded by positive people . Positive people are more successful because they are more likely to see opportunities than difficulties in their lives. Having positive people around you can help motivate you to make changes and stop hating your life and your current situation.

Write a thank you journal

Write a thank you journal . This will help you focus on the positives in your life. Every day, try to find some things that you are grateful for. It can be something as simple as having someone give you your seat on the bus or open the door for you. Or it can be a compliment or an email from a friend. Focusing on the positive will make it easier to see that good things are part of your life too.

Go to therapy if you need it

Go to therapy. If you don’t have insurance and can’t afford a therapist , look for therapy groups at local hospitals or community centers. You can even search for them on social media.
