Everyone knows that happiness is not an end, but rather it is the enjoyment of the road. In order to walk happily through life, it is necessary for people to know with whom they should walk that path of life. People are social beings and therefore we like to be with others, to feel that we are part of a group, we like to feel loved and loved by those closest to us.

Therefore, connection is the answer to living longer and better, because it will make you happier. Happiness is love … and there is not much more to discuss. Whenever human beings are investigated about happiness, they always reach the same conclusion, to feel love in all its variants. Not things, not even experiences … but the connections with other people is what really makes us happy.
