Sleep enough

To have good physical and mental health, you should not skimp on rest and hours of sleep. If you do not get enough sleep or when your other basic physical needs are not met, you will be more reactive to stress and your quality of life will be lowered. Personal care is a must for good health in all aspects … But ironically, it is the first thing to do when you have stress or when you are too busy, essential personal care is left in the background!

Exercise to enjoy

If there is something that can really deepen your quality of life, it is that you wake up every day without wanting to go to work. You may not like what you do or you cannot put up with your boss … But in any case, you need to find a way to earn a living that fills you up internally, and also allows you to live well! If you can’t switch to another job due to whatever circumstances, then you may need to find other ways to enjoy yourself outside of your job, such as spending time on perks and other activities that allow you to feel like what. you do, it’s really worth it.

Be careful what drains you energy

We all have things in life that can drain our energy … and many times, without realizing it. Maybe you tolerate those things that can be mild or moderate but accumulate too much stress that they reduce your quality of life. If you find that you have too many things in your life that drain your energy, then it will make you more vulnerable if you do nothing to remedy it. You may have gotten “used” to those factors that stress you out or are so busy in your life that improving circumstances is not a priority for you. The best decision you can make is to be aware of what takes your energy and change it! Remember to do things that you like to do!
