The mind, if you take care of it, will always stay young no matter how old you are or how old your body shows. The mind is the most powerful of all the tools of the human being and if you feel young on the inside, you will also show it on the outside, and almost effortlessly! You will not need rejuvenation surgeries or anything like that. Your body and mind are connected from the moment you were born until the moment you leave this world.

Age is just a number

If your most recent birthday has made you feel like you’re too old, you should try some of these fun things that will instantly make you feel younger ! Most of us have had this feeling at some point in our lives. We do something that we used to do with ease, but suddenly it’s not so easy anymore. Maybe some night you have gone out for a drink and you came back at the same time you used to go out years ago.

That’s the feeling I’m talking about when I say that maybe you feel like you’re getting too old. With each birthday that passes, we face the problem of aging another year.  Although age is just a number and has no relevance to who we are as a person, that increasing number may scare you …

Getting old is just a part of life. Another year goes by and therefore your age increases by one, but if you really want to put that number aside and feel young again, these are activities you may want to dive into head first. They will take you back to the old days and help you feel young again.

Do these things and you will feel much younger …

You have to do each of these things and you will feel younger than you imagine and in no time!

    1. Have a pajama party with your friends . Turn on the loud music, watch movies with popcorn, and most of all, enjoy the company!
    1. Eat those sweets that you liked so much when you were little.
    1. Stay in your pajamas all day … From time to time doing this is a pleasure that should not be forgotten.
    1. Braid your hair or braid someone with long hair.
    1. Ask your mother or father to prepare that food that you liked so much when you were little and eat it with them in their living room.
    1. Watch a movie that you liked when you were little.
    1. Paint in a coloring book. You will feel the stress dissipate from your heart and you rejuvenate for at least 20 years.
    1. Bake cookies. Cook your own cookies with fun shapes.
    1. Invite some friends over for an afternoon of board games at home.
    1. Get a helium balloon, inhale the air and speak with a funny voice, while you do it, have someone else record you and then laugh a lot together!
    1. Dance around the house in your underwear and play music that you like at a fairly high volume.
    1. Sing at the top of your lungs a song you like as if no one is listening, and dance as if no one is watching!
    1. If it snows in your area, go out to the park or your garden and make a snowman, don’t forget to put the carrot on his nose!
    1. Go skating . Make sure to put on your helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. You will feel like a child again because perhaps your coordination when skating has been lost a bit because you have not practiced for so many years.
    1. Have a picnic. And bring those foods you used to eat as a child. Prepare the same sandwiches and snacks your mother made those Sunday picnic and sun.
    1. Ride the swings in the playground … you’ll love reliving that feeling!
    1. Jump on a trampoline … the adrenaline will fascinate you!
    1. Ride a bike and enjoy the scenery without thinking about how long you’ve been riding or how tired your legs are.
    1. Go to a water park to enjoy the slides like when you were a child.
  1. If you go to the beach … build sand castles!
